Escalte is the verb, expedition is the noun. Exploration sites can escalate to expeditions if youre lucky. The expedition is basically a multipart mission, which spans over many systems.

My corp went with the same tactic above, which is to find out who they also WD (its on your wars tab), join up with them and then go on the hunt as best you can. So far its worked and they dont log in much any more and have dropped some of the WD....
